Bc4444 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

01General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between bc4444 and all its users. bc4444 is an online betting and gaming platform serving both the Bangladesh and international markets.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use bc4444. Minors are not permitted to open an account, and bc4444 reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time if there is reasonable cause for doubt.
• Each person may register only one account. If a single individual is found to have multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and any related winnings may be forfeited.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that using bc4444's services complies with the local laws of your country.
• Bc4444 reserves the right to refuse service to any user at any time without prior notice.

02Account Registration & Verification

To create a valid account on bc4444, the following conditions must be met.

• You must provide accurate information at registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email. Providing false details may result in your account being closed at any time.
• As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. This is mandatory before processing large withdrawals.
• Keeping your account password and login credentials secure is your responsibility. bc4444 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
• Only one account may be registered per email address or mobile number.
• Members of the same household may open separate accounts, but bonus claims from multiple accounts on the same device or IP address are not permitted.

03Deposit & Payment Policy

Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit on bc4444.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Any funds received from a third-party account will be returned.
• If your balance doesn't update after a deposit, take a screenshot of the payment and contact support.
• Bc4444 reserves the right to block any fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

04Withdrawal Policy & Process

Bc4444 has its own withdrawal policy that applies equally to all members.

• Withdrawal requests must generally be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals for regular members are processed within 5–15 minutes. Larger amounts (৳50,000+) or first-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals for VIP members are processed on a priority basis.
• Withdrawable funds earned from bonuses are subject to specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.

05Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering

All bonuses and promotional offers on bc4444 are subject to the general terms outlined below.

06Betting Rules & Limits

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. In Live Betting, a cash-out option may be available in certain cases.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary by game and market — the applicable limit is displayed within each game.
• Bc4444 reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.
• In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the original stake will be refunded.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a profit — is strictly prohibited.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bc4444 platform.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or manipulate the system.
• Bypassing geographical restrictions using a VPN, proxy, or any other method.
• Operating an account under someone else's identity or using another person's payment method.
• Hacking, using bots, or any form of technical exploitation of bc4444's software or systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to process illicit funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward other users or support staff.

08Account Suspension & Closure

• Bc4444 may suspend or permanently close any account at any time for legitimate reasons.
• Users will be notified by email before an account is closed. However, accounts may be closed immediately in cases of fraud or security concerns.
• If you'd like to close your account, please contact Support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
• As part of responsible gaming, you may request self-exclusion or a temporary break at any time.

09Limitation of Liability

• Bc4444 strives to provide the highest quality of service, but is not liable for temporary unavailability caused by technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.
• Bc4444 is not liable for any losses resulting from the user's internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or problems with third-party payment providers.
• Bc4444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental financial losses arising from use of the platform.

10Changes to Terms & Updates

• Bc4444 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The date and summary of any changes will be updated at the top of the page.
• For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email address.
• Continued use of the site after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• In any dispute relating to these terms, bc4444's decision shall be considered final.
